Contract work

AAROVA has a pool of 150 people and a fleet of company vehicles for off-site work. We send out teams of 8 or more people to take on simple production tasks on site – under supervision – at your company. That means you retain full control over every step in the production process and can react quickly to opportunities. This is ideal if you are facing a shortage (temporary or otherwise) of skilled workers.

Our people can take on a very wide range of tasks: scanning preparation, order picking, sample grouping, filling crates with bottles, assembly, etc. Their output might be lower, but for you, employing people with difficulty accessing the labour market is subsidised by the government. This means that working with us produces no disadvantages.

Own transport

AAROVA’s off-site teams travel all around the region every day in our vehicles. More than 20 people carriers and 5 cars are used to bring the teams to our customers’ premises. Saving you the cost of transport.
