What and who is AAROVA?

A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE FOR CUSTOMISED WORK

On 1 April 2015, the former sheltered and social workplaces were converted in Belgium to social enterprises for customised work (‘maatwerkbedrijf’). The target group was broadened to include people who have difficulty accessing the labour market.

AAROVA’s capital is human capital. Our crews do simple contract work under expert supervision, which gives them an opportunity to access employment.

CUSTOMISED CONTRACT WORK

AAROVA can take care of an immense variety of contract work. We have a wide range of machinery and can rely on years of expertise in sectors including textiles and construction. For example, we are one of the biggest producers of sample books in Belgium, working for many different clients. But that’s not all: we can also take on administrative tasks, logistics, assembly work, carpet samples and maintenance work. Our own screen-printing workshop provides a great addition to these activities.

AAROVA can also send out crews of 8 people or more to do simple contract work on your company premises. We have a pool of 150 people for off-site work.
